The challenge

Growing into the brand
they deserved.

United Panel had earned a reputation for exceptional work in the commercial construction industry. As the company continued growing, leadership recognized that the brand no longer reflected the quality of its people, its craftsmanship, or its long-term vision.

The goal wasn't simply to make more marketing. It was to build a brand that inspired confidence before a customer ever picked up the phone.

They weren't looking for another vendor. They wanted a trusted creative partner who could grow alongside the business.

Our approach

Strategy before
cameras.

Instead of beginning with production, we began by listening.

We spent time understanding leadership, company culture, customers, recruiting challenges, long-term goals, and the direction the business wanted to move. Only after understanding the business did we begin building creative work around it.

That philosophy continues to guide every project we work on together.

Documentary Storytelling

01 · Film

Documentary Storytelling

Instead of promotional videos, we made films built around the craftsmanship, people, and values behind Build United. Every story centers on the individuals responsible for the work — not the completed projects.

Website Strategy

02 · Digital

Website Strategy

The website was rebuilt to become more than an online brochure. It's now a trusted first impression — clearer messaging, stronger storytelling, and a foundation ready for the company's next chapter.

A Real, Living Library

03 · Photography

A Real, Living Library

We built a growing library of authentic imagery — leadership, employees, jobsites, manufacturing, finished work, and culture — replacing stock-style marketing with real moments from inside the business.

04 · Ongoing

Monthly creative
partnership.

Unlike traditional agencies that disappear after launch, we continue serving Build United as an extension of the leadership team.

Looking ahead

Building
what's next.

As Build United continues evolving, so does our partnership. Current initiatives include exploring:

  • Interactive customer experiences
  • Internal marketing systems
  • Custom web applications
  • Product marketing
  • E-commerce opportunities
  • AI-powered business workflows
  • Future mobile experiences

Creativity extends beyond cameras. Technology is simply another tool for helping a business grow.

The partnership

Our best work happens when we become part of the team — not just another vendor.

The long view

Some creative projects have a finish line. This isn't one of them.

Build United continues trusting The Shepherd Creative with new initiatives because our relationship is built on understanding the business — not simply producing deliverables.

As the company grows, its story grows with it.

Project spotlight

A pavilion,
held to the sky.

A civic-scale build finished in cedar-toned slats and blackened steel — photographed the way it was made: patiently, and from every angle worth remembering.

A quiet invitation

Let's build something
worth talking about.

The strongest brands aren't built through one campaign. They're built through consistent storytelling, thoughtful strategy, and long-term partnership.
